Payments and my account

  • Upon setting up your subscription, your credit or debit card will be charged at checkout for the first delivery.
    Thereafter it will be charged 3 working days prior to each subsequent delivery.

  • Please let us know in advance if you need to cancel or put your orders on hold. We require a minimum of 4 days notice to avoid payments being processed.

  • Log in to ‘My Account’ to check when your next order is scheduled for and the frequency it is set on.

  • Ordering for a friend or family member? If you are currently receiving a regular order from us, you can set up a one-off delivery or a series of deliveries as a gift.

  • For special occasions, please get in touch. We would love to work with you to supply what it may be you are after.

Where do you store my card details?

We don't! It's all done independently by a service called Stripe. They've been certified as a PCI Service Provider Level 1 – the most stringent level of security certification available in the payments industry, so your details are as secure as can be!
